At The Coplow Centre, we offer a range of facilities with maximum flexibility for all users, including an outdoor court, events hall and bar.

OUTDOOR COURT
The 40m x 22.8m size outdoor court at the front of
The Coplow Centre has been fully refitted with high quality artificial turf, has 2.5m-high wire fencing and flood-lights making it adaptable for recreational sports activities, training and matches.
Please note: organised team sports with a booked time are chargeable at £15 per hour.
Tailored equipment is also available to hire for the following sports:

EVENT HALL
At the back of the building is the main hall - the heart of The Coplow Centre. At 16m x10m, the room has been constructed to offer the most flexibility for the space. With composite wood block floor, controllable heating and lighting, hatch access to the kitchen and a ceiling mounted frame for the erection of an internal marquee, the main hall can be dressed for any style of celebration – from weddings, anniversaries, parties or children’s events. If you are planning an event that needs a large space, The Coplow Centre main hall is probably one of the most flexible spaces in rural Leicestershire.

Depending on your event, chairs, tables and decorations can be provided and fitted at a small extra cost – please just inform us if you would like this when booking the space.
STAGE
At one end of the event hall is a 6m x 5m raised stage rigged with top-of-the-range lighting, radio microphone equipment suitable for musical and theatre productions, plus a proscenium arch and curtains making the space ideal for small concerts and productions. There are enough chairs available in the Centre for the audience to fill the auditorium.
Just off the stage, there are also three separate dressing/changing rooms two of which are fitted with showers.
KITCHEN & BAR
A professional standard kitchen complete with two ovens (fitted with six gas hobs), a dishwasher, a glass washer, two sinks, hot water boiler, microwave, fridge, freezer and ample storage make this space perfect for a wide range of events. Adjacent to the kitchen resides 'Brett's Bar,' a fully-equipped bar with four draught beers, wine and spirits.
LOUNGE
Situated at the front of the centre with access to the bar and kitchen at the end, the lounge is a comfortably carpeted area sized 7.5m x 5.8m with chairs and tables that can be laid as appropriate to the meeting.
The room has large viewing windows into the main hall as well as the outside of the building and is connected to the kitchen allowing meals to be served if required. A permanent ceiling mounted HD projector and screen are also available for presentations.
Well lit and temperature controlled, the lounge is used by the local Bridge club and for meetings of various clubs and societies in the area. It can be organised to accommodate everything from a public presentation to a polling station, and as a quiet refuge for parents when there is a children’s party in the main hall.

CAR PARK
The car park at the front of the centre is fully-lit and can accommodate 50 vehicles, including disabled spaces and a bike rack. The car park has also recently installed two 22kW electric vehicle charging points and there is off-road parking available just outside the centre too.
TOILETS & CHANGING ROOMS
We offer male, female, disabled and baby changing toilet facilities as well as three dressing rooms beyond these, two of which come with fitted showers.
