The Coplow Centre, Billesdon

ABOUT THE COPLOW CENTRE

 

Built in 1997, The Coplow Centre is a multi-functional village hall located in the quaint village of Billesdon, just off the A47 between the city of Leicester and the town of Uppingham in Rutland. 

​

Home to the Billesdon Drama Society, annual pantomime, table tennis club and bridge societies, the centre has been at the heart of the Billesdon community for generations. 

​

The Coplow Centre is suitable for numerous events and has hosted both private and public functions over the years with facilities comprising of a flood-lit outdoor sports court, a spacious events hall and stage, lounge, bar and professional kitchen.

​

Fitted with a public access defibrillator (PAD), two 22kW electric car chargers, a building management system and solar panels spanning the entire roof, The Coplow Centre is now joining the village in aiming to be carbon neutral by 2022.
